What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a username you choose. When you play games, we store your game results (win/loss, accuracy, time) to power your stats and the leaderboard.

How We Use It

Your account data is used to provide the airball.gg experience - tracking your streaks, displaying your stats, and showing you on the leaderboard. We do not sell your account data. Our advertising partners' use of cookies is described under Advertising below, together with the controls that let you opt out of it.

Cookies

airball.gg uses cookies and similar technologies in three ways:

• Essential - keep you signed in and remember settings. The site can't work without these.
• Analytics - Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used (see below).
• Advertising - NitroPay and its advertising partners, to serve, measure and (where permitted) personalize ads (see below).

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland are shown a consent dialog before any advertising cookies are set, and can change or withdraw that choice at any time using the “Update consent preferences” link in the footer of every page. You can opt out of analytics at any time using the browser add-on linked below.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used - pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you found us. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Advertising

To keep airball.gg free, we display ads served by NitroPay (Nitro Media Corp) and its advertising partners and exchanges. These partners use cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, to prevent fraud, and, where you have allowed it, to personalize ads based on your visits to this and other websites. NitroPay's own handling of that data is described in NitroPay's Privacy Policy. Every ad on the site carries a “Report Ad” control if something looks wrong. You can control the ads you see:

• EEA, UK & Switzerland: choose which purposes and partners may use your data in the consent dialog shown on your first visit, and change that choice at any time via the “Update consent preferences” link in the footer.
• California and other US states with an opt-out right: use the “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” link in the footer (shown to visitors from those states) to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for advertising.
• Opt out of personalized ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info (US) or youronlinechoices.eu (EU).

Your Choices & Rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights over your data:

• EEA, UK & Switzerland (GDPR): access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time via the “Update consent preferences” link in the footer or the opt-out links above.
• California (CCPA/CPRA): the right to know, delete, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your personal information for money; however, some advertising cookies may count as “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out using the “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” link in the footer, the industry opt-out links above, or by emailing us with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.”
• Other US states with a privacy law: the right to opt out of targeted advertising and of the sale of your personal data. The same “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” link in the footer serves you, and so does the email address below.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely via Supabase. If you play without an account, game results are stored locally in your browser and never sent to our servers unless you choose to create an account.
